Our Mission Statement

The Horizontal Directional Drilling Association (HDDA) is a trade organization that strives to promote horizontal directional drilling for the utility and pipeline industry.

The overarching goal is to educate Public and Governmental agencies of the Economical and Environmental benefits of Horizontal drilling, as well as HDD limitations. As a group we strive to be non-bias towards the Industry segments represented, or member political views.

Our primary goals are to promote the HDD industry, educate entities on the benefits of HDD, fight regulations that hinder our industry, improve the HDD industry through safety and education and elevate trenchless construction to new heights.

Our membership is open to all HDD industry professionals. Each member holding equal status.
